AdFairy, LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) is committed to respecting user privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws. This Data Deletion Policy outlines how users can request deletion of their personal data and the process AdFairy follows to ensure proper deletion of such data.

This policy applies to all personal data collected by AdFairy via the AdFairy app, website(s), or other related services. Users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data held by AdFairy under the following circumstances:

3. How to Request Data Deletion

2. Submit a request via the in-app settings under the “Privacy” or “Account Management” section.
3. Provide the following details to verify identity:

• Email address associated with the account
• Phone number (if applicable)

4. Verification Process
For security purposes, AdFairy will:
• Verify the requestor’s identity by confirming the details provided match our records.
• Request additional information if necessary to validate the user’s identity or clarify the request.
If we cannot verify the identity of the requestor, we may deny the request and provide a reason for the denial.
5. Data Deletion Process
Once a request is verified:
1. Initiation:
• AdFairy will begin the deletion process within 10 business days of verification.
• Users will receive an acknowledgment of their request and a timeline for completion.
2. Deletion Scope:
• Personal data, including user account details, interactions, and transaction records, will be permanently deleted from our databases.
• Data shared with third-party service providers will be identified and deleted to the extent possible, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
3. Exemptions:
• Certain data may be retained if required for:
• Complying with legal obligations (e.g., tax, fraud prevention).
• Resolving disputes.
• Enforcing agreements.
• Any retained data will be handled in accordance with our retention policies and applicable laws.
4. Completion:
• Users will receive confirmation once their data has been deleted or anonymized.
6. Retention of Non-Personal Data
Data that has been fully anonymized (e.g., aggregated analytics data) is not subject to deletion requests, as it cannot be linked back to the user.
7. Third-Party Services
AdFairy collaborates with third-party services (e.g., payment processors, analytics providers). While we ensure contractual agreements require third parties to comply with data deletion requests:
• Users are encouraged to contact third parties directly if deletion requires action on their part.
• AdFairy will assist users by providing information about these third parties when possible.
8. Special Considerations for Minors
AdFairy does not knowingly collect data from users under the age of 13 (or under the applicable age of consent). If we receive a verifiable request regarding a minor’s data, it will be prioritized for deletion in compliance with applicable child privacy laws (e.g., COPPA, GDPR).
9. Reinstatement of Accounts
Data deletion is irreversible. Once deleted:
• User accounts and associated data cannot be recovered.
• Users wishing to return to AdFairy must create a new account.

AdFairy reserves the right to update this Data Deletion Policy as necessary to reflect changes in technology, laws, or our business operations. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email or in-app notifications.
